Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol, Clinton District Court; Commonwealth v. M.T..; June 26, 2023

On behalf of the Defendant, Attorney Ciraulo moved pursuant to M.G.L. c. 276A §§ 3, 10 and 11 (the "VALOR Act' in conjunction with the "BRAVE Act" Amendments (November 8, 2018)) that the Court dismiss the charges against the Defendant and allow him the opportunity to complete the treatment plan proposed by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs ('Veteran's Services") and his Independent Healthcare Provider. Recognizing the Defendant's service to our country and commitment to bettering himself, the Court allowed the Defendant's Motion and the charges against the Defendant were dismissed.
