On behalf of the Defendant, Attorney Ciraulo moved pursuant to M.G.L. c. 276A §§ 3, 10 and 11 (the "VALOR Act' in conjunction with the "BRAVE Act" Amendments (November 8, 2018)) that the Court dismiss the charges against the Defendant and allow him the opportunity to complete the treatment plan proposed by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs ('Veteran's Services") and his Independent Healthcare Provider.
