Nicole M. Palmer is the Office Manager at the Law Offices of Jon A. Ciraulo P.C. Nicole is responsible for communicating to clients matters of scheduling, coordinating with clients the exchange of documents and information, and is otherwise always available to assist our clients throughout the entire process; from the moment we first meet, through to the resolution of their case, and beyond.
Nicole, born and raised on Cape Cod, graduated from Barnstable High School and thereafter went on to earn a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Bridgewater State University.
Thereafter, Nicole applied for and was accepted into a coveted position with the Juvenile Court Probation Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court. In this capacity, Nicole worked closely with probation officers, prosecutors within the Office of the District Attorney, and the staff of the Massachusetts Trial Court to assist struggling young adults and their families navigate the criminal justice system. More specifically, Nicole strived to educate each and every juvenile and their families about available Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention programs. Nicole worked tirelessly to assist juveniles and youthful offenders in their efforts to reduce delinquency, build critical life skills, obtain educational opportunities and ultimately separate themselves from the criminal justice system altogether.
Having earned a reputation for hard work, expertise in the field of the criminal justice, and integrity while working within the Juvenile Court Probation Department, Nicole was offered and thereafter accepted a position as a Victim Witness Advocate within the Cape & Islands District Attorney's Office. For five years, Nicole worked in Juvenile, District, and Superior Courts alongside Assistant District Attorneys advocating on behalf of victims and witnesses to crimes. While in this position, Nicole learned the ins and outs and intricacies of the criminal justice system and was able to build relationships with prosecutors, court officers, court staff, members of the defense bar, and judges.
Nicole's experiences within the Probation Department and the Office of the District Attorney make her particularly well suit to work alongside Attorney Ciraulo. Nicole now uses her experience, skills, and contacts to support all of our clients through the process. Nicole understands how a criminal charge impacts not only the Defendant but also his or her family. Nicole understands that a criminal charge has emotional, psychological, and financial impact upon everyone involved. Nicole is always available to support our clients by and through answering our clients questions, assisting with scheduling, and making sure each and every concern of our clients' are addressed.
